Objectives
By the end of this content area, students will be able to have: 1. Knowledge and understanding of the mathematical principles of linear algebra underlying Engineering; 2. The ability to apply their knowledge and understanding to identify, formulate and solve mathematical problems of linear algebra using established methods; 3. The ability to select and use appropriate tools and methods to solve mathematical problems using linear algebra; 4. The ability to combine theory and practice to solve mathematical problems of linear algebra.

Learning activities and methodology
THEORETICAL PRACTICAL CLASSES. Knowledge and concepts students must acquire. Receive course notes and will have basic reference texts. Students partake in exercises to resolve practical problems. TUTORING SESSIONS. Individualized attendance (individual tutoring) or in-group (group tutoring) for students with a teacher. Subjects with 6 credits have 4 hours of tutoring/ 100% on- site attendance. STUDENT INDIVIDUAL WORK OR GROUP WORK. Subjects with 6 credits have 98 hours/0% on-site. WORKSHOPS AND LABORATORY SESSIONS.
