Have passed 50% of the credits that constitute the degree. Do not maintain any contractual relationship with the company, institution or public or private entity or the university itself in which the internship is to be carried out. Students who take this subject will not be able to take Professional Internships I in the first semester.
Skills and learning outcomes
Description of contents: programme
Students will carry out internships in companies, entities or organizations where they can gain experience at a professional level. It is an activity where you can apply the theoretical/practical knowledge acquired at the university and make contact with the business world. Learning activities and methodology
List of training activities - External practices 130 h - Academically supervised work 18 h - Assessment activities 2h Face-to-face: - Individual tutorials for the presentation of the work plan to the academic tutor and follow-up meetings. - External internships: development of internships in the corresponding public or private company, institution or entity. - Public exhibition and presentation of the content of the practices in the presence of a commission formed by professors responsible for the subject and/or one of the academic tutors. Non face-to-face: - Autonomous study and work prior preparation of the work to be carried out in the assigned company or institution, (bibliographic search, adjustment of the training project and work plan) - Electronic tutorials for guidance and monitoring of the work done by the student (academic and professional tutor). Online teaching: Use of Moodle as a possible means of tutor-student communication. - Preparation of reports preparation of the required reports or reports. Teaching Methodologies. The teaching methodologies developed in the subject are the following: - Project-oriented learning: carrying out projects in a given time to solve a problem or tackle a task by planning, designing and carrying out a series of activities, all based on the development and application of acquired learning and the effective use of means. - Cooperative learning: encourages the development of autonomous learning, through collaboration between peers.
Assessment System
The evaluation will be carried out by a commission and will be based on the report of the academic tutor (taking into account the evaluation of the professional tutor), 40%, the evaluation of the memory presented by the student, 40%, and the exhibition and public defense, 20% of the content of the practices. Likewise, there is the possibility, during the development of the internship, to cancel the external internship, either by the student or by the company if the reason is adequately justified. In the extraordinary call, the same evaluation procedure will be maintained as in the ordinary call.
