Description of contents: programme

The course consists of two different parts: "Legal theory Seminar" (focused on the sources of law) and "International Seminar" (with foreigner guest speakers).

Assessment System

The examination can consist of a research paper or an oral presentation dealing with one of the subjects of the seminars.

The continuous assessment will consider active participation in class, where applicable.
