Objectives

Description of contents: programme
Research work: The research work that the student has to develop in the second semester of the Master is a compulsory subject of 6 ECTS. In it the students must carry out an individual work demonstrating the knowledge, skills and competences acquired during the first semester of the Master. Each student enrolled in the Research Work will have a tutor, who will be one of the professors responsible for the courses of the first period or other specialists in the subject with the degree of doctor who have links with the University, within the proposed topics throughout the same, keep or not connection with the matters directly studied. This tutor / a will provide the necessary information and advice to the student to overcome the subject through tutorials or sessions of individualized guidance, providing indications on the structure and form of the Research Work according to the characteristics of the Public Law discipline that I have chosen. As a general rule, the academic work to be carried out will be 30-50 pages long and must be defended in 15¿ (+15¿ debate) before a Court composed of members of the Directorate and the Academic Committee of the Master. The research work and the TFM will have to deal with subjects corresponding to areas of knowledge different from the Departments promoting the Master.
