Objectives
- To recognise how environmental protection was incorporated as one of the EU's objectives - To identify the institutional framework for the decision-making process at the European level in the domain of environmental protection. - To know and to apply to real problems the horizontal and sector-based techniques for the protection of the environment established in the Environmental law of the European Union - To interprete and to apply the environmental legal system at European level
