- Introductory lectures by the professors, describing the basics of the subject - Introduction of the instrument for environmental protection by the professor, and analysis and discussion in the class of rulings of the ECJ, which will be indicated in due time. Reading and discussion of the cases is, therefore, an essential element of the course, and an important basis for the final grade.
