Development and Theory of the State History and Theory of Political Ideas Comparative Historical Constitutionalism
CB1. Knowledge in an area of ¿¿study that starts from the base of general secondary education, and is usually found at a level that, although supported by advanced textbooks, also includes some aspects that imply knowledge coming from the vanguard of its field study CB2. Application of knowledge to their work or vocation in a professional manner and possess the skills that are usually demonstrated through the elaboration and defense of arguments and the resolution of problems within their area of ¿¿study CB3. Ability to gather and interpret relevant data (normally within their area of ¿¿study) to make judgments that include a reflection on relevant social, scientific or ethical issues CB4.Transmission of information, ideas, problems and solutions to a specialized or non-specialized public CB5. Learning skills necessary to undertake further studies with a high degree of autonomy CG2. Address and analyze the values ¿¿inherent in equal opportunities, multiculturalism, political, ideological and cultural pluralism, and Fundamental Rights, having as a maxim, both for present and past societies, the great importance of cultural relativism. CG7 Issuing judgments that include an ethical reflection on fundamental social, scientific and economic issues in a representative context of past and present societies, both in the international order as well as in the national or local one. CG8 To assume in a clear and objective way that the study of the past, although it does not inexorably mark us the paths that are going to be followed in the future, does allow, through the explanation of the present, to be in the best possible disposition to face that future. CE4. Know the model of public liberties and fundamental rights in Spanish and international legal systems. CE7b. Know the principles on which equality policies are based, highlighting the main milestones of the historical process that has led to the current awareness on these issues. CE11 Critically analyze, from its relationship with the present, fundamental political events of the past whose effects have reached our days. CE16. Carry out case studies and apply the comparative method to analyze institutions, processes and policies of different countries. CT2. Evaluate the reliability and quality of the information and its sources using such information in an ethical manner, avoiding plagiarism, and in accordance with the academic and professional conventions of the study area. Be able to organize, plan work and make judgments making decisions based on that information. RA1. Advanced knowledge and understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects and the methodology of work in the different disciplines of study in the field of History and Political Science with a depth that reaches the forefront of knowledge; RA2. Apply the knowledge acquired, the understanding of these and their capabilities to solve complex and / or specialized problems in the professional field; RA3. Compile and interpret data and information on which to base their conclusions, including, when necessary and pertinent, reflection on social, scientific or ethical issues within the scope of their field of study; RA5. Learning activities and methodology
AF1. THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL CLASSES. The knowledge to be acquired will be presented and basic reference texts will be provided to facilitate the monitoring of the classes and the development of the subsequent work. Exercises, practices and problems will be solved and workshops and evaluation tests will be held to acquire the necessary skills. AF2. OFFICE HOURS.Orientation to prepare the exercises, cases and problems of the theoretical-practical classes AF3. INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP STUDENT WORK. MD1 THEORY CLASS. Explanation of the topics with support of computer and audiovisual media. Materials and bibliography are provided to complement student learning. MD2. PRACTICES. Resolution of practical cases, problems, etc. individually or in groups. MD3. OFFICE HOURS. Orientation for the follow-up of the lessons and the preparation of the final exam
