os objetivos que se pretende cumplir son los siguientes: - Obtener los conocimientos básicos sobre los fundamentos del derecho administrativo The objectives to be met are the following: - Obtain basic knowledge about the fundamentals of administrative law - Know the organization and operation of public administrations. To do this, it is necessary to achieve the learning outcomes that are summarized below: - Know the origins and evolution of Public Administrations - Know the system of sources of Administrative Law. - Know the organization of Public Administrations - Differentiate the different levels of public administrations. · Know the fundamentals of the legal regime of public administrations. - Know the different basic institutions of Administrative Law. -Know the different forms of activity of Public Administrations

Description of contents: programme
Contents leading to the acquisition of knowledge in: 1. Administrative Law and Public Administration; origin, evolution and concept 2. The legal personality of the Administration. 3. The sources of Administrative Law; the rules 4. The administrative organization; the administrative organ. 5. The classes of administrative activity.
Learning activities and methodology
Academic activities are divided into Master Lessons and Practice Sessions. 1. Master classes in which the general lines of the subject matter of the corresponding subject will be exposed. 2. Practical sessions in which specific activities are developed through which a practical vision of the content of the topics will be offered. The activities to be carried out will consist of solving practical exercises, as well as, where appropriate, other control activities such as tests to check the level of knowledge on the topics. These activities will be duly announced in the Global or Virtual Classroom. Each of these sessions will take place according to the schedule approved by the CUGC. The tutorials will be held at the time and under the conditions determined by the teacher in the Global or Virtual Classroom.
