Introduction to the analysis of organizational behavior, according to its main variables. 3. Initiation in the identification of the main problems or pathologies of the organizations. 4. Understand the link between media and organizations, and their implications

Learning activities and methodology
The content of the subject will be taught through lectures and self-taught classes. Practical classes will be developed mainly in small group format. Throughout the course it is envisaged to use videos to exemplify some of the sociological aspects of organizations.
