Objectives
The student will be able to identify and delimit the scope and nature of the civil responsibility related to the commission of a criminal act, delimiting the active and passive legitimacy, as well as the singularities of the exercise of a civil claim in a criminal process. The student will be able to establish a litigation strategy in accordance with the specialties that the separate piece of civil responsibility in the criminal process, taking into account the unique structure of this one. The student will be able to identify and articulate the civil claim in the special procedural regimes of civil responsibility in the criminal process.

Learning activities and methodology
The classes will be structured in master sessions and also around the methodology of the case, in which case they will be followed or preceded by explanations and analyzes guided by the teacher. Individual or group work will be done. Tutorials will be organized at the request of the student
