Objectives
1. Identifying and applying the law governing public administration bodies, and its constitutional context, as well as the main institutions that balance the public and private interests, that is: administrative sanctions, expropriation and governmental liability. 2. Understanding the legal framework governing the organization of Public Administration, its activity and the different forms of control of administrative action. 3. Getting a sector-based knowledge of the legal instruments and the regulatory tools included in the different courses included in the Administrative Law curriculum. 4. Dealing with Administrative Law laws and regulations: finding, interpreting and applying the legal rules in this field. 5. Getting the ability to abstract thinking and understanding the legal concepts pertaining to governmental agencies, and applying them to real cases.

Learning activities and methodology
Training activities, methodology to be used and tutoring regime The continuous assessment system is based on a practice-oriented teaching that aims to reinforce the learning of the theory through direct experience in cases that should facilitate the understanding and management of its content. The academic activities are divided into Master Lessons (large group) and Practice Sessions (small groups). 1. Lectures (Large Groups), in which the general lines of the subject matter of the corresponding topic will be presented. These sessions will be taught remotely through the platform indicated by the teacher. 2. Practical Sessions (Small Groups), in which specific activities are developed through which a practical vision of the content of the topics will be offered. The activities to be carried out will consist of solving practical exercises, as well as, where appropriate, other control activities such as searching and reading the bibliography or relevant sentences and tests or surprise questions to check the level of knowledge on the topics. These activities will be duly specified in Aula Global by the corresponding teacher. The tutorials will take place at the time and under the conditions determined by the teacher in Aula Global.
