It is necessary to have completed all the subjects of the Master to be able to do the defense of the Master's Thesis

GENERAL SKILLS -That the students can identify the conflict and the specialties of it and its dynamics -Students learn to detect within the spectrum of conflict resolution, which is the most appropriate mechanism to deal with them and how to use it SPECIFIC SKILLS -Correctly identify and develop collaborative negotiation processes, and identify attitudes and behaviors of the opposing party -Nimbly handle the specifics of the material chosen as the core of their work, including issues pertaining to the problems in the field of alternative dispute resolution -Synthesise acquired under Title knowledge as basis for the preparation of the Master's Thesis on a specific and concrete -Capable of producing a structured and consistent on the field of alternative dispute resolution work, and simultaneously transmit clearly and precisely the draft prepared LEARNING OUTCOMES -By preparing the Master's Thesis, students consolidate the knowledge acquired in the framework of the compulsory subjects and / or optional, deepening a specific facet of the subject taught. -The improvement of learning through the development of the Final Master will be observed by exposing the same court designated for that purpose. The student will have to present their work, successfully answering questions or questions from members of the court.
Skills and learning outcomes
Description of contents: programme
-Development of final work on any of the topics taught within the framework of the compulsory subjects and / or optional Master. -Oriented mentoring oversee the development of the final work, answer questions and guide the student. -Face sessions in which the final papers before the court designated for evaluation will be presented.

TRAINING ACTIVITIES - Theoretical classes - Practical classes - Individual student work TEACHING METHODOLOGIES -Presentations in class which develop the main concepts of the subject and provides the bibliography to complement the learning of the students. -Elaboration of works and reports individually or in group. -Critical reading of recommended texts of the subject studied:press articles, reports, manuals and/or academic articles, well for its subsequent discussion in class, either to expand and consolidate the knowledge of the subject.
