Objectives

GENERAL COMPETENCES Apply advanced theoretical and practical training in the field of business legal advice. Understand the importance of law as a regulatory system of social relations. Ability to make critical judgments on legal issues. Ability to carry out interdisciplinary legal advice. SPECIFIC COMPETENCES Ability to advise the company on civil and commercial contracting. Ability to identify legal-business problems in specific situations and develop strategies for solution Ability to negotiate to resolve and / or avoid situations of legal conflict. Know, know how to organize and plan the individual and collective resources available for the exercise in their different organizational modalities of the profession of legal adviser of company. LEARNING OUTCOMES The student learns to make a report or professional analysis on a problem related to any of the subjects of which they are object of the Master and to discuss its results with the court that evaluates it.
Description of contents: programme
The TFM is configured as the resolution of a professional problem proposed by the Master's management to each of the students and that under the supervision of a tutor, equally assigned by the Master, must be translated into a professional document or report that is later defended Before a qualifying court. METHODOLOGY OF WORK. Objective: report or other document of professional quality, of an indicative extension according to the tutor between 70-100 sheets, according to university regulations, in which the student must solve individually a problem assigned to him by the Master's address. This work is carried out under the supervision of a tutor appointed by the Master's management and is subsequently defended before a Qualifying Court. Program: 1) Explanation of the content of the TFM, methodology, elaboration phases and evaluation criteria and procedure. 2) Allocation of work themes to each student. 3) Designation of tutors. 4) Completion of the Work. 5) Evaluation.
