Objectives

Knowledges: - Understand and synthesize legal information. Capacities: - To prepare reports on the various legal instruments. - To analyze and discern the legal documentation. Attitudes: - Critical, flexible and responsible attitude.

PART I: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PRINCIPLES. BRANDS, INDUSTRIAL DESIGN, PATENTS PART II: FINANCING OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES CORPORATE FINANCE LAW: CURRENT OUTLOOK FOR FINANCIAL MARKETS. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FINANCING OF THE COMPANY. SPECIFIC FINANCING OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (crowdfunding, business angels, venture capital, securitization, MAB and MARF).

Assessment System

- Assistance and participation in class 10%
- Cases and individual and group work 90%
 
The written answer of one or more practical cases or research work will be evaluated; and the exhibition in class of the answer of the same ones will be valued. It will be possible to do them individually or in groups.

To establish the final grade of the cases and works will be taken into account the legal argumentation, support in scientific doctrine, jurisprudence, legal texts and other national and supranational documents.
