Objectives
The course will study the legal status (social and labour) of citizens who are no spanish nationality. The subject will be focused on the social and labour rights of non-EU citizens in Spain. Analyzing the different legal systems and transitions between each situations. It will be very important to recognize and understand the residence permits of the foreign nationals and the work permits for foreign nationals, especially with respect to labour market access. The course is specially interesting in the current globalized society international and the labor market crisis.
Finally, the student analyzes the relationship between the legal status and the exercise by labor and social rights.The course ends with the study of the integration of the immigrates and the sanctions regimes.
