Introduction to company Law
Objectives
Understand knowledge about company law for labor relations that provide a basis or opportunity to be original in the development or application of ideas. Know how to apply the knowledge acquired in company law and be able to solve problems in new environments within broader contexts related to your area of study.

LESSON 1: OVERVIEW OF CORPORATE TYPES FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP: FROM CIVIL SOCIETY TO CORPORATE SOCIETIES. LESSON 2: CORPORATE SOCIETIES: STRUCTURES OF CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION. LESSON 3: CORPORATE SOCIETIES: FOCUSING ON THE SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEMES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE ADMINISTRATION. LESSON 4: LABOR COMPANIES. LESSON 5: PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES FOR THE EXERCISE OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY. LESSON 6: SOCIAL ECONOMY SOCIETIES: COOPERATIVES. LESSON 7: SOCIAL ECONOMY SOCIETIES: MUTUALITIES. LESSON 8: SOCIAL ECONOMY SOCIETIES: FOUNDATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND OTHER SOCIAL ECONOMY ENTITIES.
