THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROGRAM

The external internships carried out by the student pursue different objectives: -Have experience in the world of work that allows you to know the practical reality in the field for which you are training -Become aware of the problems posed by some of the subjects worked on and studied in the master's degree, in particular, verifying whether the institution, company, etc. where it develops its practices complies with the SDGs. -Acquire skills to develop different activities worked on in the master's degree, whether in telecommunications, data protection, information society or audiovisual. -Identify within the company, compliance with the SDGs or make proposals or improvements to correctly comply with said SDGs. Likewise, they can perform the following tasks: Hiring, addressing conflicts of interest and knowing the techniques for their resolution, in the subjects of the master's degree and preserving, in all cases, professional secrecy and confidentiality. -Identify the basic and necessary legal requirements that a public website, an electronic signature, an electronic contract, an electronic document -or its copy- must have -Know and be able to integrate the defense of the rights of service providers in the subjects of the master's degree before the competent public organizations and, in the judicial field -To acquire capacity to solve problems raised in the sectors of telecommunications, audiovisual, data protection and the information society through alternative methods to the jurisdictional route -Identify conflicts of interest and know the techniques for their resolution, in the subjects of the master's degree and preserve, in all cases, professional secrecy and confidentiality .. -Identify the basic and necessary legal requirements that a public web page, an electronic signature, an electronic contract, a document -or copy- electronic -Know and be able to integrate the defense of the rights of service providers in the subjects of the master's degree before the competent public bodies and, in the judicial sphere -Develop skills and abilities to choose the right strategy for the defense of the rights of users of telecommunications, audiovisual and information society and those affected by an incorrect use of their personal data - To be able to identify situations in which the fundamental rights of citizens in the telecommunications, data protection, audiovisual and information society sectors can be particularly compromised, and in particular to take measures Preventive measures to avoid the possible violation of those rights -To plan, organize and carry out audits on data protection and take the necessary measures to improve the detected malfunctions. Program is the development of different activities in the category of practice in the world of work. Likewise, to assess companies' compliance with the SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES, different sessions will be given on the following topics: I.-THE ORIGIN OF THE SDGs II.-BRIEF ANALYSIS OF THE REGULATIONS AND THE SDGS III.-SUSTAINABILITY AND DIGITALIZATION POLICIES IV.- TECHNOLOGY AND DIGITALIZATION V.- DECLARATION OF EU PPIOS AND DIGITAL RIGHTS AND SUSTAINABILITY - Practices will be carried out within the working day established by the institution of practices that welcomes the student and must always be compatible with the schedule of the Master's classes. The student must comply with all the requirements indicated by the person who manages the practices. -Once awarded the performance of the practice, the admitted student must be presented at the corresponding institution and comply with the indications that they determine. The internships are not remunerated, they are part of the master's program that the student must pass. - Once incorporated, the student must complete 180 hours of practice - at least - subject to the duration, schedule, time, place, activity and other conditions established in the corresponding agreement signed between the University and the institution of practices where they are carried out the same.

Formative activity: The purpose of the subject "Practices" is to offer students an approach to the world of work through the completion of external internships. Specifically, it is intended that they know the activity developed in the different companies and public or private institutions where the students will carry out the practices. The student will practice directly with the knowledge obtained in the Master, familiarizing himself with activities of the professional practice as support in the search of documentation, discussion of cases, preparation of strategies, writing of documents, consultations, report and any other that the institution consider relevant The methodology that will be followed in this subject will be the following: Resolution of practical cases, problems, assumptions, preparation of strategies, preparation of works or reports or any other activity that poses the person responsible for practices individually or in groups. T Discussion with designated tutor on problems, orientation and resolution of professional problems Tutorial The student can access tutorials both from the person who coordinates the internship, as well as from the person in charge of the management of internships and the person in charge of the company to take their tutoring.

Evaluation of academic performance. In the determination of this final note will be assessed: o Activity report (10% of the grade). elaborated by the student. o Report of the external tutor (in the company) (80% of the grade) o Compliance with the SOPP service (such as providing data to the SOPP, compliance with deadlines, discipline, attendance at the pracces, responses to emails, etc.) (10% of the grade) The lack of unjustified delivery of the report of activities within 15 days after the end of the internship period, will penalize the grade depending on the degree of delay. If they do not appear or the delay exceeds one month, the subject is automatically qualified as "Not Submitted". All students in this subject are required to attend all of the 180 scheduled hours. They can only be absent, if the institution allows it, without justified reason, to a maximum of 15 percent of the contact hours established (not of the sessions, nor the days) and provided that the institution subsequently allows the student to comply with the completion from 180 hs. obligativas.El unjustified absence to the practices will determine the SUSPENSE of the same.
