- To determine the applicable law and jurisdiction in international disputes. - To apply copyright system¿s characteristics to international transaction. - To understand the function, organization and duties within Spanish and International Copyrights Societies. - To examine and discuss resolution of the Court of Justice of the European Union regarding Copyright Societies

Protection Systems an integral part of regulation and legislation sector of the Master which aims to analyze copyright society system and international disputes within Intellectual Property issue. Specifically, the subject will explain: - Spanish and International Copyright Society. - Copyright International Agreements - International disputes. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
