Objectives
-Acquire and understand knowledge that provides a basis or opportunity to be original in the development and / or application of ideas, often in a research context -that students know how to apply the knowledge acquired and their ability to solve problems in new environments within broader (or multidisciplinary) contexts related to their area of study - That students are able to integrate knowledge and face the complexity of making judgments based on information that, being incomplete or limited, includes reflections on social and ethical responsibilities linked to the application of their knowledge and judgments - That students know how to communicate their conclusions and the knowledge and ultimate reasons that sustain them to specialized and non-specialized audiences in a clear and unambiguous way -that the students possess the learning skills that allow them to continue studying in a way that will be to a great extent.

Description of contents: programme
In this subject the most relevant markets in the field of intellectual property is analyzed. Previously, a detailed study is made of the scope and application of intellectual property rights in the information society (or digital environment), as well as specific works that are a consequence of the development of new information technologies, and its online exploitation. The dissemination or online commercialization of works and services protected by intellectual property is the most complex aspect and requires the greatest legal attention, without neglecting the traditional forms of exploitation "in situ" or through tangible supports. Hence, the digital environment linked to the markets is collected. - Law and Internet. - Exploitation rights, their limits and technological protection measures in the information society - Softwares.
