Objectives
In summary, with this subject it's getting students to apply the knowledge acquired in the theoretical classes in the resolution of practical problems on intellectual property, so that they can develop professionally with success in this sector.

Description of contents: programme
In this course the students, divided into groups and under the guidance and monitoring of judges and practicing lawyers, apply the knowledge acquired in previous subjects and carried out the following activities: - Write draft reports on specific issues of great complexity - Analyse various real cases in that their tutors intervened as lawyers for litigants or as judges - Analyze the legal process of creating an audiovisual work - Carried out a simulacrum of the organization a music festival, with the analysis and study of the different contracts that are used in this area - Attend trials conducted before the comercial courts, with the guidance and explanations of the judge who has to issue a judgment - Perform a simulacrum of a civil judicial process, with all its extrajudicial and judicial phases
