Objectives
That students can communicate their conclusions and the knowledge and rationale underpinning to specialists and non-specialists in a clear and unambiguous That students possess learning skills that enable them to continue studying in a way that will be largely self-directed or autonomous. Develop knowledge on the various legal adviser views the functioning of regulatory agencies -Know Identify conflicts of interest and knowledge of the techniques applied to the resolution by the regulatory agencies Differentiate the activities of competition authorities and regulators To know and evaluate the various legal problems arising in the judiciary in relation to regulatory agencies and responsibilities of the directors of those agencies Differentiate the different skills that have attributed regulators Develop a specific level of knowledge of the regulatory framework for matters affecting regulators -Know Develop jobs that allow students to acquire the ability to integrate various contributions towards a common objective with regard to regulatory agencies

TRAINING ACTIVITIES Individual work for the study of developed and provided by the teacher theoretical and practical materials. Theoretical and practical classes. Tutorials. Team work. TEACHING METHODS -Exhibitions In class with teacher support and audiovisual media, in which the main concepts of matter are developed and the literature is provided to supplement student learning. -Read Critique of recommended by the teacher of the subject texts: newspaper articles, reports, manuals and / or academic papers, either for later discussion in class, either to expand and consolidate the knowledge of the subject. -Resolution Of practical cases, problems, etc. posed by the teacher individually or in groups.
