Skills and learning outcomes
Description of contents: programme
Elaboration of a report written in based on a real case with national or transnational elements relevant to its resolution. Development of content by a schedule that includes regular consultation sessions with the tutor. Exhibition public resolution, oral and written, in a Court of law with experience in international or national affairs professionals.
Learning activities and methodology
TRAINING ACTIVITIES -Individual work to the study of theoretical and practical materials produced and provided by the Professor (170 hours) -Tutorials (10) EDUCATIONAL METHODOLOGIES -Critical reading of texts recommended by the course teacher: press articles, reports, manuals I academic articles, case law, good for later discussion in class, either to expand and consolidate the knowledge of the subject. -Development work and reports individually.
