The course objectives are that students achieve : 1) Recognize , understand and describe adequately , institutions and procedures of major environmental and tourism public regulation. 2) Recognize and value the consequences of the legal measures of environmental protection and management applicable to the tourism sector that are sufficiently necessary in the design, development and execution of strategic, directive, and tourism consulting activities. 3) Detect and, where appropriate, resolve legal problems related to the impact of tourist activity on environmental resources

Lesson 1: Introduction to environmental and tourist policy and legislation. The paradigm of sustainable tourism Lesson 2: Principles of tourism regulation and its discipline. Lesson 3: Tourist establishments and services and their complementary activities. Resources and activities of tourist interest Lesson 4: Principles of environmental regulation and applicable techniques Lesson 5: Legal regime of natural resource management. Lesson 6: Tourism and territory Lesson 7: Sustainable and resilient tourism. Management instruments in times of crisis

1) Theory and practice classes 2) Carrying out individual and group work 3) Exams and tests to verify knowledge 4) Participation in other activities that may be established. 5) On-site or online tutoring. On-site activities can be replaced by other online activities in exceptional circumstances.
