The course objectives are that students achieve :
1) Recognize , understand and describe adequately , institutions and procedures of major environmental and tourism public regulation.
2) Recognize and value the consequences of the legal measures of environmental protection and management applicable to the tourism sector that are sufficiently necessary in the design, development and execution of strategic, directive, and tourism consulting activities.
3) Detect and, where appropriate, resolve legal problems related to the impact of tourist activity on environmental resources
