Objectives
In the context of the specific skills of the Master, the expected learning outcomes of the course are: 1) The student understands in meaning of the concern for protection by criminal assurance culture, comprising aspects and its growing constitutionalization; 2) That the student knows the criminal justice system of historical heritage; 3) That the student knows the criminal justice system of intellectual property; 4) The student knows the state of the art in research and its methodological specificities in the matter and discover tasks, challenges and issues for future research

1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 The constitutional protection of culture. Justification of criminal protection of cultural heritage. 1.2 Political criteria underlying criminal incrimination. 1.3 Basis of criminal intervention in collective legal rights. 2. CRIMINAL PROTECTION OF HERITAGE Extrapenal 2.1 Legal framework of the historical heritage 2.2 Legally protected in crimes against heritage. 2.3 Types concrete criminal. 2.4 Other criminal types 3. Learning activities and methodology
ACTIVITIES, METHODOLOGY, TUTORING Distance learning methodology that combines the use of virtual campus, virtual tutorial and videoconferences when possible. Students are in contact with the Master's Coordinators through newsletters, telephone and e-mail.
