Objectives
1. Understanding of the importance of foundations and associations in cultural life
2. Capacity to use this kind of entitys as tools for enabling the participation of citizens in cultural life
3. Knowledge of the differences bettween the constitucional rights of foundation and association
4. Knowledge of the legal rules on foundations and associations
5. Capacity to discover new needs, challenges and topics for future research.
Description of contents: programme
- Legal rules on associations (LO 1/2002) focusing in matters related to its participation in cultural life.
- Legal rules on foundations (LEY 41/2002), focusing in the use of this entities as tool for achieving general interest goals.
Learning activities and methodology
ACTIVITIES, METHODOLOGY, TUTORING
Distance learning methodology that combines the use of virtual campus, virtual tutorial and videoconferences when possible.
Students are in contact with the Master¿s Coordinators through newsletters, telephone and e-mail.
