Practices will be mostly group from two people to groups of four people. The practices add knowledge to the theory presented online, but they must also reinforce what has been learned in it and, above all, allow creating group cohesion that makes it easier to follow the course. At least 8 practices will be carried out in addition to the equality policy. 2.- The second type will consist of the elaboration of a public policy of equality. This work will be carried out throughout the four-month period. Once the groups have been constituted and the object and objective chosen, the different sections will be delivered to be reviewed and improved in those cases where necessary.
