Objectives
The aim of the course is providing participants with a notion about to manage a firm using an ERP. Concretely, the main goal is to understand and learn how to use one of the specific modules of one of the major ERP around the world, SAP, the module of HCM (Human Capital Management). At the end, students will be able to know how to perform the main activities of the HR department in the SAP ERP. The intention of the course is that each of the students will become in basic users of the HCM SAP module. Learning objectives At the end of the course participants will be able to ¿ Understand what is an ERP. ¿ Know that the HCM module of SAP can be integrated with all the modules. ¿ Know how to perform the main activities of the HR department on an ERP. ¿ Know how to extract information and reports from the HCM module of SAP.

Learning activities and methodology
The course will be based on presentations and practices about the different submodules that are included in the SAP HCM module. Throughout the course, students will be encouraged to bring all the questions, doubts and problems about the different subjects commented into classes. A significant part of the course would be dedicated to do practices. Practices with the system are the best option to learn about it. Students may contact the instructors at any time.
