To apply knowledge about civil liability in performance of legal functions 3. To draft high-quality legal reports SPECIFIC SKILLS 1. To define civil consequences of criminal deeds. 2. To know the evidential sources that allows determining of persons with direct and subsidiary civil responsibility related to crime. 3. To define and to built objective and subjective elements of civil case within the penal process.

1. LEGAL NATURE OF THE CIVIL LIABILITY 1.1. General notions of the civil liability 1.2. Civil liability derived from crime 2. DEFINITION OF CIVIL CLAIM WITHIN THE PENAL PROCESS 2.1. Objective elements of civil claim within the penal process 2.2. Subjective elements of civil claim within the penal process 3. PROCEDURAL REGIME OF CIVIL CLAIM DERIVED FROM THE PENAL PROCESS 3.1. General principle of the secundum eventum litis competence 3.2. Application of principles of civil process 3.3. Action and deduction of the claim
Learning activities and methodology
On-line part: presentation of theoretical material, case study and analysis of the case law using presentations, videos and on-line tutorships. In-person part: seminar with invited speakers, resolution of doubts.
