Objectives

In general at the end of the course the student will be able to: - Make complex arguments regarding the imputation of criminal liability within corporate structures (liability of principal in criminal law, delefation of functions, etc.), as well as regarding different offences of corporate criminal law. - Acquire among others, training to formulate arguments of charge or discharge in respect of different offences from corporate criminal law

Assessment System

The form of evaluation will be as follows:
 
30% of the grade will depend on their participation in the simulations they carry out of the two practical cases proposed,
70% of the grade will be based on the resolution of a practical case that will be provided on the last day of class for subsequent delivery. They will have to qualify the facts and set the lines of strategy as if they were prosecution and defense.
