1. To mark out the civil consequences of crimes. 2. To know the evidential sources determining persons with direct and subsidiary civil responsibility in criminal cases. 3. To define and to built objective and subjective elements of civil case within the penal process.

1. SETTING THE LIMITS OF CIVIL CLAIM WITHIN THE PENAL PROCESS 1.1. Objective elements of civil claim within the penal process 1.2. Subjective elements of civil claim within the penal process 2. PROCEDURAL REGIME OF CIVIL CLAIM DERIVED FROM THE PENAL PROCESS 2.1. General principle of the secundum eventum litis competence 2.2. Application of principles of civil process 2.3. Application of lawsuit and deduction of the claim
Learning activities and methodology
Exposition of theoretical material, study of litigation strategies for the construction of the case, seminars with invited speakers/experts, practical cases analysis.
