Description of contents: programme
1) Marriage and economical systems thereof. Liquidation of the economical system 2) Matrimonial crisis. Agreed and judicial procedure. Modification of measures. 3) International aspects of Family Law 4) Minors protection and international minors kidnapping 5) International adoption 6) Succesion's Law. Voluntary and legal Succesion. Division of the inheritage 7) International successions: judicial competency and applicable law
Learning activities and methodology
LEARNING ACTIVITIES Practical cases. Working Groups. Individual Work METHODOLOGY The teaching methodology will focus on the problem-based learning. It will also entails brief explanations about the main aspects of the matter. The students will be provided with practical cases which they will have to study and solve. They will also have to discuss and legally argue about them.
