Description of contents: programme
1) Competition law: legal regime and scope of application. Spanish law and European Community law. 2) Prohibited agreements: elements of prohibition. Restrictions by object and by effect. 3) Horizontal agreements: cartels. Collaborative agreements and oligopolies 4) Vertical agreements: case law developments, Regulation 330/2010 and Commission Guidelines. 5) Abuse of dominant position: forms of abuse. 6) Infringement actions in the field of industrial and intellectual industrial and intellectual property. 7) Distortion of free competition through unfair acts. 8) Merger control. 9) State aid and State aids. 10) institutional structure for the application of competition law: competent bodies and procedure. 11) Unfair competition law and the Unfair Competition Act. 12) Prohibited conduct and actions arising from unfair competition.
