Description of contents: programme
1) Informative principles of the Bankruptcy Law. 2) Objective, subjective and formal budgets of the competition. 3) The application and the declaration of bankruptcy. 4) The organs of the contest: the Judge of the bankruptcy, the insolvency administration, the Creditors' Meeting. 5) Effects of the contest: on the debtor and on the creditors, on the contracts, on the credits and on the harmful acts for the mass. 6) Composition of the insolvency estate: delimitation of the active and passive assets. 7) The Abbreviated procedure. 8) Bankruptcy incidents. 9) Contest solutions: agreement and early settlement 10) Conclusion and reopening of the contest. 11) The resources. 12) The right community and international bankruptcy.
