Objectives
Basic skills: Possess and understand knowledge that provides a base or opportunity to be in the development and / or application of ideas, often in a context of investigation (CB6). That students know how to apply the acquired knowledge and their ability to problem solving in new or unfamiliar environments within contexts wider (or multidisciplinary) related to their area of ¿¿study (CB7) That students are able to integrate knowledge and face the complexity of making judgments based on information that, being incomplete or limited, include reflections on the social and ethical responsibilities linked to the application of their knowledge and judgments (CB8) That the students know how to communicate their conclusions and the knowledge and last reasons that sustain them to specialized and non-specialized publics of a clear and unambiguous way (CB9) That students possess the learning skills that allow them to continue studying in a way that will be largely self-directed or autonomous (CB 10) General Competences The student will be able to: CG1 Recognize the growing importance of teamwork and demonstrate ability of adaptation and integration in different work groups, maintaining relationships and fluid communications, respecting ideas and solutions provided by others with attitude of cooperation and tolerance, sharing responsibilities and giving and receiving instructions. CG2 Accept the need for constant self-learning and continuous training as instruments that facilitate adaptation to legal innovations, technological and organizational CG5 Valuing rigorous and well-done work, when planning, organizing and developing own activities, demonstrating initiative, creativity and sense of responsibility, maintaining interest throughout the process, and feeling personal satisfaction for the results achieved. CG7 Evaluate the development of personal and collective action, identifying successes and mistakes and arguing and proposing alternative solutions to improve processes and results. CG8 Express a high sense of personal responsibility and behavior correct deontological when intervening in the processes related to the exercise professional, recognizing the effects of inadequate management of personal conflicts CG9 Apply the knowledge acquired and acquire the ability to solve problems. CG10 Integrate knowledge, make judgments and communicate its conclusions, and knowledge and ultimate reasons that sustain them, to specialized audiences and not specialized in a clear and unambiguous way. Specific competences CE1 Possess, understand and develop skills that make it possible to apply the specialized academic knowledge acquired in the degree to reality change that lawyers face to avoid situations of injury, risk or conflict in relation to the interests entrusted or their professional practice before courts or public authorities and in advisory functions. Skills and learning outcomes
Description of contents: programme
Preparation of an opinion or demand, in relation to a complex multidisciplinary assumption, to which a response will be given in writing and subsequent oral defense.
Learning activities and methodology
Actividades formativas de la materia indicando su contenido en créditos ECTS-horas y % de presencialidad (limitar el número de actividades formativas hasta un máximo de 15) Seguimiento del progreso, contenidos y calidad del alumno por un tutor del Trabajo Fin de Máster que será nombrado y cuya especialización deberá ser la adecuada al tema que el alumno haya elegido para su objeto de estudio. Para la elección del mismo la Comisión académica del Máster orientará y ayudará al alumno en lo necesario.
