1. Basics elements of employment law/social security law. 2. Labour inspectorate. 3. Right of obtain judicial protection. 4. Limits of social jurisdiction. 5. Procedimentals principles. 6. Actions before claim. 7. The claim. 8. The general procedimental. 9. The special procedimentals. 10. The appeal. 11. The distress. 12. Alternative dispute resolutions.

Learning activities and methodology

LECTURES. Topics are presented by the teacher in class. Some readings may be required. ACTIVITIES. There will be different activities, such as cases, workshops, etc.

Assessment System

50 % end-of-term-examination
50 % of continuous assessment

You must get 2 point over 5 in the exam to add continuous assessment.

If the continuous assessment system is not followed, which requires attendance at 90% of the sessions, the final mark in both ordinary and extraordinary sessions will be obtained on 60% of the final exam.
