Management of key concepts and sufficient knowledge for the analysis of the structures, functioning , intervening actors, environments and tools proper of local government

1. Specific scenarios of local politics 2. Comparative models of local government 3. Local Governments in Spain: local political governance 4. Local political management: efficiency, leadership, participation, transparency and communication

Learning activities and methodology

- Conventional classes (50 % of the schedule ). - Specific analysis in reduced groups (50 % of the schedule ). - Tutoring schedule set for that purpose.

% of continuous assessment (assigments, laboratory, practicals...) 50

Calendar of Continuous assessment

- Assessment of the student's participation in presentations and projects associated with the specific analysis carried in the small groups (50 % of the final grade ).

- Assessment of a final written exam (50 % of the final grade ) . Although, to pass the course the student must in any case obtain more than 3.5 out of 10 rating.

The extraordinary evaluation will consist of an exam that will mean 100% of the mark.
