Objectives
-Ability to identify the legislation, regulation and standardization that affects the IT profession -Acquire basic knowledge in essential legal issues -Know how to communicate their conclusions and knowledge and basic reasons related to the legal field with which they work - Know and apply the law and basic legal aspects related to the IT profession - Know the security risks of the IT profession - Know the basic legal measures of physical security applicable -Ability to understand the ethical responsibility and professional deontology of the activity of the profession of Computer Engineering. -Knowledge, understanding and ability to apply the necessary legislation in the exercise of the profession of Computer Engineer.

1. Computer Science and Law. 1.1 A new Law for new Technologies. 1.2 The first examples: cybercrime, data protection and telecommunications regulation 2. Protection of Personal Data. 2.1 The constitutional and jurisprudential right to privacy and data protection. 2.2 Regulatory origin: from LORTAD to Directive 95/46 / CE and the LOPD. 2.3 The RGPD and the LOPDGDD. 2.4 Cautions in organizations.

FORMATION ACTIVITIES AF1 - Theoretical class [1.67 hours with 100% attendance, 0.06 ECTS] AF2 - Practical classes [21.66 hours with 100% attendance, 0.72 ECTS] AF5 - Tutorials [2 hours with 25% attendance, 0.07 ECTS] AF6 - Group work [25 hours with 0% attendance, 0.83 ECTS] AF7 - Individual student work [38 hours with 0% attendance, 1.27 ECTS] AF8 - Midterm and final exams [1.67 hours with one and 100% attendance, and 0.06 ECTS] TEACHING METHODOLOGIES MD1 - Lectures in the teacher's class supported by computer and audiovisual media, in which the main concepts of the subject are developed and the bibliography is provided to complement the students' learning. MD2 - Critical reading of texts recommended by the professor of the subject: Press articles, reports, manuals and / or academic articles, either for later discussion in class, or to expand and consolidate the knowledge of the subject. MD3 - Resolution of practical cases, problems, etc ... raised by the teacher individually or in groups MD4 - Presentation and discussion in class, under the moderation of the teacher, on topics related to the content of the subject, as well as practical cases MD5 - Preparation of works and reports individually or in groups TUTORING REGIME Tutorials will be provided by email or through the bb collaborate platform, at the times established in AULA GLOBAL either individually or in groups, in person or online.
