Skills and learning outcomes
Description of contents: programme
Content means all activities carried out by students in companies, entities and agencies, which are intended to provide a practical complement (or academic-practical complement) to academic training provided that such activity relates to their academic training and possible career opportunities. In particular, the training objective of the practice will necessarily include the following aspects: - Tasks to be developed by the student. - Knowledge to be acquired by the student. - If you will participate in design, planning or development tasks. - Within which projects or areas the practices will be framed. - Tools you will use.
Learning activities and methodology
The student will have an advisor in the company in order to direct, guide and supervise his activity in practice. You will also have an academic advisor at Uc3m who will be informed on the progress of the practice and will support the student if necessary. You will perform the tutoring you deem necessary and also grade the student. Practical Work: 5 ECTS= 150 hours to carry out a memory of the work carried out during internships in the company. They also aim to develop specific attitudinal capabilities. They consist of the realization of practical work in the company in charge of a tutor of the same. Theoretical work: 1 ECTS=30 hours to carry out a memory of the work carried out during internships in the company. It is intended to verify that the student has properly used his internship and has acquired expression skills and competencies appropriately.
Assessment System
The evaluation system includes the assessment of activities carried out during internships in business. For this purpose, the following elements will be used: -Report of the advisor in the company: The academic tutor of the Uc3m will request this report to the tutor of the company. -Student memory: of the work done during the internship. You will perform it according to the instructions published in Aula Global to which you will have access once the subject has been enrolled. Both items will give a 100% rating. The Academic Advisor at Uc3m, based on the above documents, will qualify in the form established for this purpose. Students who do not present the memory will be rated with NOT PRESENTED. The advisor must send the minutes with this qualification. If the student abandons the practice for which the subject has been validated and enrolled without having reached the hours corresponding to the credits to be exceeded, he will be qualified with NOT PRESENTED because he will not be able to present the report.

The course syllabus may change due academic events or other reasons.
