Objectives
1. To study the value and the meaning of the file in the managerial context 2. To know how the criteria decide of I expurgate of a collection or of a bottom of electronic records. 3. To control the formal homogeneity of the information depending on the established procedure. 5. To test like to establish a program of accessibility, conservation and preservation of the supports of information, of transfer of the supports (microfilming, digitalization, trascripciĆ³n). 6. To know and to use the different normal functions (acquisition, management, search, impression, diffusion and export) of a system of electronic management of documents (SGED) 7. To guarantee a safety degree and confidentiality adapted to the context.

Learning activities and methodology
Acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge (3 ECTS) across the theoretical classes, of the practical classes, the educational materials elaborated by the teachers, specialized readings and you debate, as well as of the personal study of the students. One relates to the competitions 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 Acquisition of skills and skills (3 ECTS) across readings, individual works or in group, of debates and forums, studies of case, etc. That reinforce the theoretical knowledge acquired by the students and allow them to apply them to concrete situations. One relates to the competitions 5, 7 and 8.
