Learning Outcomes
LEARNING OUTCOMES 1.Have acquired advanced knowledge and demonstrated an understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects and working methodology in the different disciplines of study in the field of tourism with a depth that reaches the forefront of knowledge. 2.Apply the acquired knowledge, understanding and skills to the resolution of complex and/or specialized problems in the professional field. 4. Be able to cope with complex situations or situations that require the development of new solutions in the academic, work or professional field within their field of study GENERAL COMPETENCES 2.Know how to apply the technical and methodological knowledge related to tourism to their work in a professional way, integrating the knowledge acquired in the different disciplines studied, and possessing the skills that must be demonstrated through the elaboration and defence of arguments and the resolution of problems within their subject of study SPECIFIC COMPETENCES 13.Learn how to collect, process, analyse and interpret information and deal with tourism issues through knowledge of the peculiarities of the tourism market (national or international) to which the activity is directed, adequately managing resources and using information and communication technologies (ICT) to implement practices with quality and in a sustainable manner. 15.To be able to design tourism products, services and activities, and make use of information and communication technologies for the design and analysis of tourism products and processes, and implement them with quality, implementing policies of continuous improvement and human resources that ensure user satisfaction and good customer service with respect for the environment, making use of the most appropriate technologies. 18.Identify, design and propose itineraries and other forms of tourism based on the use of significant cultural representations (literary routes, film tourism, nature trips, etc.).

1. Las empresas de intermediación y ocio: modalidades y tipología de empresas. 2. La organización y funcionamiento de las empresas de intermediación y ocio. 3. Diseño de productos y servicios turísticos de intermediación y actividades de ocio. 4. La producción de paquetes turísticos y elaboración de propuestas de ocio. 5. Diseño de los procesos relacionados con la atención y servicio al cliente. 6. Las nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a la gestión de empresas de intermediación. 7. El impacto de las nuevas tecnologías en el ámbito del ocio.
