Only students who formalize the enrollment of all pending subjects for the completion of their studies may enroll in the End-of-Degree Project subject. If you are going to do the TFG for the first time, you must include it in your enrollment in the corresponding semester according to your study plan, along with the rest of the subjects. If you are going to register it for the second or successive times, you must request it in September. For the evaluation, you can have up to 30 ECTS pending to pass, excluding the credits corresponding to the TFG. To verify this requirement, the following will be taken into account: In the first call, the qualifications obtained until the ordinary call of May. For the second call, the grades obtained up to the extraordinary call in June.

-Develop in depth a topic related to tourism -Apply the theoretical and methodological knowledge, as well as the skills acquired through development of a theme of your choice -Get practical experience in the use of different sources: bibliographic, interviews, statistics, etc. -Present in a rigorous, clear and coherent structured way an empirical work -Learn to transmit the conclusions of a research work orally and in writing -Demonstrate extensive knowledge on the subject through the answers offered to the members of the evaluating court and the possible debate raised with them regarding the work in question

The main objective of the Final Degree Project is to have the possibility of placing the student in the need to integrate the knowledge assimilated throughout the career, applying it to a specific topic and at the same time globally assess the level of scientific and methodological preparation achieved by the student. There are two modalities: a) General: the Academic Director of the degree will determine, in agreement with the Departments that teach in the degree, one or more general topics to be developed as End-of-Degree Project in each academic year. Despite being related to a generic topic, each student will carry out their Final Degree Project individually, adhering it to their interests. The maximum number of students per group will be twenty. The criterion of preference for joining the group will be the student's academic record. b) Specific: it is a specific subject work to be carried out by a single student under the direction of a University professor with a contract in force throughout the process. For any of the modalities, the student must provide the Tutor with a detailed outline of the Final Degree Project for it to be analyzed and given the go-ahead. Once the work has been prepared, both in the general and in the specific modality, it will be delivered on the date indicated through Aula Global.

The teaching-learning methodology will be tutoring, group and individual.

The End of Degree Projects will be delivered through Aula Global and the Turnitin tool will be used. Once they are delivered, the Tutor will issue a report (with a value of 30% of the final grade) in which the work done by the student will be valued; and in parallel, the Evaluator professor will make his own evaluation (which will represent 70% of the final grade). The evaluation of the Tutor and the Teacher Evaluator is reflected in a Rubric (matrix) where different skills of the student are evaluated. There will be a single call per course with two Calls: one in June and the other in July. If at the end of the second call you have not delivered the report, it will be understood that you are not going to make the presentation and, therefore, it will be classified as NOT PRESENTED, except in cases where the call waiver is appropriate. The delivery of the report in one period or another will indicate your intention to present the TFG in that period, although the Student Office will verify that you meet the academic requirements for the presentation. With the delivery of the TFG through Aula Global, the evaluation process begins. Once delivered, the call cannot be canceled and the TFG will be evaluated. For those who have submitted and failed, it is possible to present their work again before the month of June of the following academic year, attending the advance notice of January-February. The University uses the Turnitin Feedback Studio program within Aula Global to deliver student work. This program compares the originality of the work submitted by each student with millions of electronic resources and detects those parts of the text copied and pasted. If the student has correctly cited and cited the source documents, Turnitin will not mark it as plagiarism.
