Description of contents: programme
The first module analyzes the origins of the sociology of knowledge: Francis Bacon, Karl Marx and Karl Mannheim. The second module examines English-speaking contributions to the sociology of knowledge and contributions made by other European scholars.
Learning activities and methodology
Learning activities will involve lectures and practical classes. The student will also have to do individual work away from class.
