High proficiency certificate or accredited level in English language. This course when taught in English is basically addressed to Erasmus and exchange students with a basic knowledge of Spanish politics and government and of contemporary Spanish History. Objectives
1. Instrumental knowledge of : - The evolution of Spanish politics and its interpretative key . - The Spanish political institutions. - The map of existing partisan actors in the Spanish political system - The structure and dynamics of the political party system in Spain . 2. Domain of the main sources of information on political parties.

1. The political transition and consolidation of democracy in Spain . 2. Important moments of Spanish political process ( since 1975). 3. The Spanish institutional system 4. parties and party system in Spain .
Learning activities and methodology
