Human resource management
Objectives
- To describe, analyze, and evaluate various human capital development strategies. - To understand the relationship between organizational changes and human capital development models. - To apply human capital development policies from the perspective of the Human Resources function. - To learn how different human capital development policies are interconnected and how they contribute to and add value to the business. - To understand the importance of self-development as a key element in the human capital development strategy within organizations.

Topic 1: Competency-Based Management: A Talent Development Model Topic 2: Main Methodologies for Competency Development Topic 3: Training Topic 4: Programs Based on Personalized Feedback Topic 5: Guided Professional Support: Coaching and Mentoring Topic 6: Self-Development Topic 7: Career and Succession Planning Topic 8: Leadership as a Talent Development Driver
Learning activities and methodology
The proposed learning methodology encompasses three main areas: 1. Lectures, where the concepts that students must acquire will be presented. 2. Practical exercises on self-development, both individual and collective. 3. Homework, both team-based and individual. In this course, students should not use artificial intelligence tools to carry out the work or exercises proposed by the faculty. In the event that the use of AI by the student gives rise to academic fraud by falsifying the results of an exam or work required to accredit academic performance, the Regulation of the University Carlos III of Madrid of partial development of the Law 3/2022, of February 24th, of University Coexistence, will be applied.
