Objectives
- To Achieve significant learning about the main elements and aspects of evidence, in the field of Work Psychology, Organizations and Human Resources. - To relate the main elements of Work Psychology, Organizations and Human Resources, with other aspects of academic relevance from other subjects in the Labor Relations degree studies. - To learn about practical experiences that, based on evidence, are developed in the field of Work Psychology, Organizations and Human Resources. - To achieve significant learning about the importance and evidence of the multidisciplinary approach to the phenomenon of labor relations, the field of work, organizations and human resources.

The contents of the subject will be specified in the following aspects and areas: - Introduction to the Psychology of Work, Organizations and Human Resources. - The Psychology of Work, Organizations and Human Resources, from the perspective of advances in Positive Organizational Psychology. - Individual and Work. Understanding the individual-job adjustment processes. - Basic processes in work psychology: o Functional labor analysis and labor competencies. o Job satisfaction and performance at work. o Work Motivation. o Teamwork and participation. o Decision making processes o Culture and change in organizations o Climate and Quality of Work Life. o The corporate image in Organizations o Work well-being, stress at work and occupational health. o Psychosocial Risks - New technologies and Artificial Intelligence in the field of Work Psychology, Organizations and Human Resources.
Learning activities and methodology
Teaching activity in the classroom that favors the approach, understanding, analysis and discussion of the main aspects of Work Psychology, Organizational Psychology and Human Resources. Practical Exercises, in the classroom and autonomous work, that promote knowledge and deepening in the most relevant aspects of Work Psychology, or Organizational Psychology and Human Resources. The students of the subject will have a regime of tutorials, in person and virtual, that facilitate access to them, as well as their use for support, clarification and deepening in relevant aspects of the teaching-learning process of the subject.
