Objectives
The main objectives of this subject are: - To achieve significant learning about the main elements and aspects of evidence, in the field of Human Resources Psychology, - To reflect and discuss the main models and proposals in the field of conceptualization, understanding and management of human resources in organizations. - To relate the main elements of the Psychology of Human Resources with other aspects of academic relevance from other subjects in the Labor Relations degree studies. - To learn about practical experiences that, based on evidence, are developed in the field of Human Resources Psychology. - To achieve significant learning about the importance and evidence of the multidisciplinary approach to the phenomenon of labor relations and human resources. - To learn about and delve into practical experiences of applying technological tools and Artificial Intelligence in the field of Human Resources.

The contents of the subject will be specified in the following aspects and areas: - Introduction to the Psychology of Human Resources. - Positive Organizational Psychology and its implication in Human Resources. - Strategic Planning and Management of Human Resources. - The processes of Recruitment and Selection of Personnel in Organizations. - Functional Analysis of Work and Job Competencies. - Planning and Management of Human Resources Training in Organizations. - Critical processes of Human Resources in the organizational field: Motivation, Satisfaction and Work Performance. - New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence applied to the field of Human Resources
Learning activities and methodology
Teaching activity in the classroom that favors the approach, understanding, analysis and discussion of the main aspects of Psychology in the understanding of Human Resources. Practical exercises, in the classroom and autonomous work, that promote knowledge and deepening in practical applications of theoretical advances within the framework of the Psychology of Human Resources. and that favors the training of skills of professionals in the field of Human Resources. The students of the subject will have a regime of tutorials, in person and virtual, that facilitate access to them, as well as their use for support, clarification and deepening in relevant aspects of the teaching-learning process of the subject.
