Objectives

- To know the spanish, european and international law. - To distinguish the labour rules from industrial rules and collective bargaing and administrative rules. - To analyse the participation of different Administrations: health, labour and industrial. - To know the duties of employer. - To Know the responsabilities of employer. - To know the participation of employees. - To analyse the duties of employees and the responsabilities. - To relate safety at work to quality and environmental.

Description of contents: programme

1.- Introduction to general concepts. 2.-Sources of safety at work. 3.- The participation of public powers. 4.- Duties of employer. 5.- Duties of employees. 6.- Outsourcing. 7.- The responsabilities. 8.- Foundations of improvement of labour conditions. 9.- The systems of management. 10.- The management of safety at work. 11.- Models of management of safety at work.

Learning activities and methodology

- The teaching metodology wil be theorical and practical.

Assessment System

-Final Exam (50%)
- Practical (50%). 

It is necessary to attend the final exam and obtain at least two points out of five points. 

The student who does not pass the exam in the ordinary session will be able to keep their continuous assessment qualifications for the extraordinary session, taking in this case the same type of exam as in the ordinary session.

Those students who have not followed the continuous assessment process will be able to take the final exam which, in ordinary sittings, will have a maximum value of 60% of the total grade for the subject. If they attend the extraordinary call, students who do not follow the continuous evaluation or who, having followed it, find it more favorable, are entitled to a theoretical-practical exam with a maximum value of 100% of the total grade for the subject.
