CB3: Capability of collecting and interpreting relevant data. CB5: Learning skills to learn with autonomy in following courses. CG2: To know the legal framework of industrial relations deeply. CG7: To understand the deontological and social implications related to bargaining procedures, decision making and legal enforcement. CT2: Presenting and writing a topic correctly. CT3: Assessing the quality and veracity of a source of information. CT5: To know and manage interpersonal abilities on initiative and responsibility, negotiation, emotional intelligence, etc. along with calculation tools in order to consolidate the technical abilities needed in the professional field. CE5: To design, apply and assess procedures, instruments, systems and plans related to labour organization and enforcement concerning both individual collective working conditions. CE8: To know the organization, competencies and abilities of administrative procedure related to labour and social protection and to know how to act as a representative of the different confronted interests.
