Individual employment law. Collective labour law.
-To determine ways of action against breaches of labour law or of labour contracts: either the judicial proceeding with the labour courts. -To draw pleadings, lawsuits, appeals and other documents in the judicial proceedings.
Description of contents: programme
1.Labour courts: sources, organization and jurisdiction. 2. Parties to the labour proceedings: capacity, intervention, representation and legal assistance. 3. How do courts conduct their business? 4. Ordinary labour proceedings. 5. Appeals. 6. Enforcement of judicial decisions.
