Introduction to the Law of Contract
Objectives
THIS COURSE IS PROVIDED TO THE STUDENT GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE EMPLOYER AND HIS LEGAL STATUS. SUCH KNOWLEDGE IS NECESSARY FOR THE PROPER SLIDE OF THE GRADUATE STUDENT IN BUSINESS LAW. MATTER WILL ALLOW THE STUDENT TO ACQUIRE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES: - AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE: 1. Theoretical and practical knowledge on the individual entrepreneur and his legal status. 2. Differentiation and interaction of the company and the employer. 3. Analysis of the performance of the company and the entrepreneur in the market. 4. Study of commercial advertising regime. 5. Understanding the system of industrial property and competition. 6. Knowledge of the principles governing the securities. 7. Basics knowledge of insolvency. SKILLS: 1. Learning of the language and legal-trade arguments. 2. Ability to write reports and business documents. - ATTITUDES: Critical attidude to the legislation and of the market practice.
Learning Outcomes
K1: Know basic humanistic contents, oral and written expression, following ethical principles and completing a multidisciplinary training profile. K3: Master the fundamental concepts and principles of the different sectors of the legal system. K7: To know the legal tools and instruments applicable to the interpretation and integration of the legal system, as well as to the resolution of conflicts, in the field of Private Law. K8: To know the phases, procedures and specific procedural principles of the different jurisdictional orders. K12: Understand the ethical dimension of law and the need to act responsibly in the defence of fundamental rights and social justice. S1: Plan and organize teamwork by making the right decisions based on available information and gathering data in digital environments. S3: Apply the necessary skills to search for information in the different legal sources (legal, jurisprudential and doctrinal). S4: Apply organizational skills and critical management of legal knowledge. S5: Correctly diagnose legal problems and apply the appropriate tools for their solution. S6: Identify and appropriately use tools for the resolution of conflicts between individuals. S9: Correctly and effectively use oratory and legal argumentation. S11: To develop with autonomy and respect for deontological principles in their work and professional performance. C1: Know how to analyse, elaborate and defend individually a problem in the disciplinary field of the Bachelor's Degree by applying the knowledge, skills, tools and strategies acquired or developed in it. C2: Know and be able to manage interpersonal skills on initiative, responsibility, conflict resolution, negotiation, etc., that are required in the professional field. C3: Select and interpret legal and conventional regulations, jurisprudence and judicial doctrine applicable to different legal systems.

Learning activities and methodology
OUR GOAL IS TO TRAIN STUDENTS IN THE MATTERS OF THE PROGRAM THROUGH A TEACHING AND LEARNING SYSTEM ADAPTED TO THE NEW REQUIREMENTS OF THE BOLOGNA PROCESS. OVERCOMING THE SUBJECT OF KNOWLEDGE IMPLY ACQUISITION OF TEORICAL AND PRACTICAL SKILLS. PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE BE OBTAINED THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF CASE STUDIES, LEGAL REPORTS AND OPINIONS OR DEMANDS. THIS DUALITY OF THEORY AND PRACTICE PERMITS TO OBTAIN A GENERAL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE COMPANY, THE EMPLOYER AND ITS LEGAL STATUS. IN ADDITION WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT TO COMPUTE THE SUBJECT OF CREDITS ECTS THE STUDY HOURS OF STUDENTS. THIS COURSE IS DIRECTLY LINKED TO THE CAREERS OF FUTURE GRADUATES IN LAW (INCLUDING, TRADE REGISTER, NOTARIES, BANKING, STOCK MARKET, AND UNIVERSITY TEACHING). ON THE SAME LINE IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF LEGAL ENTITIES AND OFFICES OF LAWYERS.
